Little Guilda is the sister unit of another cottage at Cooks Camps named Big Guilda. Little Guilda is the cottage we’ve rented for the past ten or so years while visiting Cooks. This cottage sits atop the dunes of the Cape Cod National Seashore about 1 mile North of Marconi Station in Wellfleet, Massachusetts and is conveniently located at the Cooks Camps rope ladder leading down to the beach below. This photograph was taken in October, 2008.

A seven-exposure HDR of a cottage on Cape Cod at Cooks Camps, a tiny summer resort located on the dunes of the Cape Cod National Seashore in Wellfleet, Massachusetts. The name of this Cooks cottage is Camera. Others that you may have seen include Big Guilda and Little Guilda. Each unique in its own right.

This photograph was taken in the fall of 2007 with a Nikon D40 and 18-55mm kit lens while vacationing at Cooks which is located on the dunes of the Cape Cod National Seashore about a mile down the beach from Marconi Station. A three exposure, High Dynamic Range image [-2EV, 0EV, +2EV] at 200 ISO. HDR file generated and Tonemapped in Photomatix Pro, later post processed with Adobe Photoshop CS3. Used Adobe Camera RAW to adjust Clarity, Vibrance, Color Channel Hue/Saturation, Tone Curve to RGB channel. High Pass filter (45%, .5 pixels) to sharpen.

Big Guilda is a cottage at Cooks Camps in Wellfleet, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. Big Guilda is the largest cottage at Cooks Camps sitting atop the dunes of the Cape Cod National Seashore.  This is a three exposure HDR Panorama taken with a Nikon D40 taken in the fall of 2007.
